M.Houllis and Sister Madelyne Houllis LaChance started Houllis' Island House
Inc. D/B/A "Its Greek To Me Foods" in 2005. Houllis' Island House, the name of
their family's tremendously popular restaurant, was located on Clearwater
Beach, Florida for over 30 years.

first embarked on the difficult task of formulating the soup's recipe. After
over 2 years of experimentation and trials with several companies, they agreed
that a perfect product emerged. The First production of the 15 oz. can began in
May 07' and was delivered to the Houllis' in late June. Then the marketing
began. With no history of either the company or the product, marketing was very
difficult.

tastings, a feature video on "Bay News 9" and some coverage in the "St.
Petersburg Times," the public took notice and stormed the few retail outlets
that carried it. Since then, the soup has reached literally hundreds of
retailers, Import Markets, & specialty stores locally and in various
markets throughout the country.

Sweetbay, Winn Dixie and Publix.
